The Glutathione Guy

Hi, I'm Jason.

I'm not a doctor, and I'm not a supplement company. I'm someone who fell down the glutathione rabbit hole, got frustrated with what I found, and decided to build the calm, honest resource I wish had existed.

Jason, the Glutathione Guy

How this started

A few years ago I started reading about oxidative stress and cellular health — partly out of curiosity, partly because I wanted to take better care of myself as I got older. Glutathione kept coming up, described as the body's "master antioxidant." So I tried to learn more.

What I found was maddening. On one side: research papers so dense I'd read the same paragraph five times and still not follow it. On the other: slick websites promising glutathione would fix almost anything, as long as I bought their product. There was no honest middle ground — nowhere that simply explained the science and told me how confident I should actually be.

So I started taking notes. I read the reviews, talked to people who genuinely understood the biology, and slowly translated what I learned into language a normal person could follow. The Glutathione Hub is that work, organized and made public — the resource I wanted at the start.

"My only goal is that you leave understanding more than when you arrived — and trusting that I didn't oversell you anything."

What I promise you

The rules I write by

Honesty over hype

If the evidence is thin, I'll tell you. If a claim is popular but unproven, I'll say that plainly — even when a more exciting answer would get more clicks.

Plain language, always

I remember how it felt to not understand any of this. Every article is written for the person I was when I started.

Show the evidence

Every article rates how strong the science is and cites its sources, so you never have to just take my word for it.

Education, not a sales funnel

You never need to buy anything to get the full value of this site. The learning is the point.

One important thing

I'm an enthusiastic translator of science — not a medical professional. Nothing I write is medical advice, and it's no substitute for a conversation with someone who knows your health.

Full transparency

The one product I mention

I personally take a supplement called Cellgevity. I'm upfront about that, and there's a single, clearly-labeled page explaining my reasons. It will never be woven through the educational content, and you never need it to get value from this site. If my thinking ever changes, I'll say so plainly — same as I would with any topic here.
